International air freight, fast and reliable.

When time matters, air is the answer. As a freight forwarder, HESTRADE organises your export and import air shipments from Paris worldwide: capacity booking, optimal routing, documentation and tracking — door to door.

What we organise

A controlled air chain, end to end.

For which needs

When to choose air freight?

Short lead times

Launches, restocking, spare parts and time-sensitive shipments.

High value

Electronics, cosmetics, perfumery, pharma: high value, controlled volume.

Perishable & sensitive

Perishable or time-sensitive goods requiring a short chain.

Documents & Incoterms

Documentation is half the journey.

On an air shipment, the AWB and the consistency of commercial papers drive customs lead times. We prepare and verify these documents and advise on the right Incoterm — from EXW to DDP — to clarify who handles transport, insurance and clearance.

FAQ

Air freight — what to know.

How long does an air freight shipment take?

Air transit usually ranges from 1 to 5 days depending on the destination, service type (standard, priority, charter) and customs constraints. For critical shipments, we offer charter and on-board courier.

What is an AWB (Air Waybill)?

The Air Waybill (AWB) is the document that formalises the transport contract between shipper and airline. We issue it, verify it and check consistency with your commercial documents.

Do you handle urgent shipments and charter?

Yes. When time is critical we arrange charter (partial or full), priority services and on-board courier for the most urgent shipments.

Is air freight suitable for dangerous goods?

We organise transport in compliance with IATA rules as a non-handling intermediary: we do not physically handle dangerous goods but coordinate the authorised parties.
